Refund Policy

• Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order on the same day it was placed. However, once an order has been forwarded to our vendors or merchants for processing, we may not be able to accommodate your cancellation request.

• Perishable Items: Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible for perishable products. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet the expected quality, you can request a refund or replacement.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within the same day. We will work with the merchant to confirm the issue before proceeding with any resolution.

• Product Discrepancies: If the product you received doesn’t match what was shown on our website or doesn’t meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within the same day. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

• Refunds: If a refund is approved, please allow 6-8 business days for processing.

For International Orders, we ship through registered international courier services or international speed post. For Domestic Orders, we use reliable domestic courier companies or speed post. Orders typically ship within 0-7 days, or as per the delivery date confirmed at the time of your order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or postal service. We guarantee that your order will be handed over to the courier or postal service within 0-7 days or as per the agreed delivery date.

All orders will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout. You will receive a delivery confirmation email to the address you registered with us.
